Bella Football launched in February 2022 with a mission to unite the global football community.
Our initial offering is a free app for scheduling, communication, and roster management that is used by professional and semi-professional clubs in the United States.
The company is currently currently bootstrapped and on track to generate revenue in 2023.

I've over a decade of product, design, and engineering experience at high-growth tech startups, both in consumer and enterprise.
I was the first employee and designer at an Enterprise SaaS startup founded by ex-Facebook execs that sold for $150M (Slack); I was one of the first 6 product designers at an Enterprise SaaS startup with a $500M exit (Oracle); I was the third designer on a marketplace startup with a $30m exit; I worked with a co-founding team to raise a Seed, get into YC, and become profitable.

I'm looking for an engineering partner with an entrepreneurial streak and a passion for the beautiful game. You should be comfortable with our stack, as well as making infrastructure and architectural decisions, and managing our remote engineering team.
This role is fully remote and the company will be intentionally built as a distributed team.
This role is not paid and you should be willing to contribute 20 hours per week at a minimum of engineering time to build out the product. In return, you'll get a significant equity stake in the company.
I am only interested in speaking with individuals and not development shops.
